What to submit

A useful submission includes a clear headline, the essential facts, relevant dates and locations, the organisation or people involved, and a contact who can answer follow-up questions. Supporting reports, public links and original documents can make verification faster.

Before sending

• Confirm names, dates, figures and contact information.
• Explain the relevance to Newsdigest readers.
• Identify any embargo and its time zone clearly.
• Disclose commercial interests or paid relationships.
• Include only photographs or documents you have permission to share.

Editorial review

Submission does not guarantee publication. Newsdigest may edit, shorten, fact-check, categorise or decline material. Press-release language may be rewritten into a neutral summary, and unsupported promotional claims may be removed.

Corrections and updates
